Profile

Philipp began to explore IP law during his university studies and chose it as his specialization. Later, during a legal internship, he spent several months with the IP team of a major international law firm working in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical technology. He also spent three months at the German Federal Cartel Office.

Philipp joined rospatt in 2022 as an associate. Since then, he has mainly been active in litigation involving design, trademark and patent law. In this area, he focuses on protecting the portfolio of clients from the luxury segment and the mobility sector in national and European proceedings. This has also given him the opportunity to gain trade fair experience.

Philipp has already handled patent law cases focusing on telecommunications, computer hardware and software, as well as mechanics and security technology.

Phillipp was called to the bar as lawyer (Germany) in 2022.
